VP of Clinical Services

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing, innovative senior living organization that actually walks the walk when it comes to resident-led care. The Owner-Operators are deeply invested, personally involved in the communities, and committed to doing things the right way. We are looking for a "Type A" clinical powerhouse who thrives on building systems and developing people while moving from hands-on execution to high-level strategic growth.

The Mission and Growth

You will oversee clinical operations for 10+ communities across a small Midwest footprint, with a clear path to managing 30+ properties over the next five years. Your immediate mission is to stabilize the clinical department, implement robust training systems for community nurses, and lead the team through critical system transitions.

  • Impact: Transition the organization from a "doer-focused" model to a leadership-driven one as the portfolio scales.
  • Presence: Be in the communities to provide hands-on support and mentorship to your nursing teams. This is not a “behind the desk in the ivory tower” position.
  • Growth: Evolve into a strategic executive role as the organization doubles in size.

What You Bring

  • Licensure: Current RN licenses in multiple states.
  • Clinical Authority: You are a clinical expert who can train and develop nurses to minimize turnover and ensure survey excellence.
  • Grit: You are comfortable with the realities of in-person leadership and being available for your team when it matters most.
  • Vision: You have a passion for progressive senior living and want to work in intimate communities where your ideas are heard and implemented.
