Senior Director of Trust and Advisory Services

Our regional bank is seeking a Senior Director of Trust & Advisory Services to lead the strategy, growth, and performance of its Personal and Corporate Trust businesses while inspiring a team of Trust Officers and Wealth Advisors to achieve exceptional results. This highly visible leadership role will drive asset growth, deepen client relationships, expand centers of influence, and partner across the bank to deliver innovative solutions for high-net-worth and institutional clients.
You'll be responsible for developing sales strategies, coaching high-performing teams, and ensuring the business remains competitive, profitable, and client-focused, because "waiting for referrals to magically appear" isn't much of a growth strategy.
Qualified candidates will bring 12+ years of trust, wealth management, or asset management leadership experience, a proven track record of growing assets and leading teams, and a passion for building meaningful client relationships. Professional designations such as CFP and CTFA, along with a JD, are highly valued. If you enjoy winning business, developing talented advisors, and turning opportunities into lifelong client relationships, you may have just found your home.
