Trust Officer

Are you the kind of Trust Officer who enjoys navigating complex fiduciary relationships, solving sophisticated planning challenges, and building lasting client partnerships? We're looking for a talented Trust Officer to join our clients New York City team, where you'll administer a significant portfolio of HNW and multi-generational trust relationships while helping grow the business through exceptional client service and trusted advice. Working alongside Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Trust Counsel, you'll oversee every stage of the client experience, from onboarding new trust relationships to administering complex estate planning structures, managing discretionary distributions, coordinating tax matters, and ensuring fiduciary excellence every step of the way.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of personal trust administration experience, a strong understanding of trust law and fiduciary principles, and the confidence to exercise sound judgment in managing sophisticated client relationships. A CTFA designation or advanced degree is a plus, along with experience working with complex entities such as GRATs, private foundations, family limited partnerships, and estates. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Midtown Manhattan, offering the best of both worlds: meaningful collaboration in the office and flexibility to balance life outside of it.  They offer a competitive base salary of $120,000–$145,000, annual bonus potential, an outstanding benefits package, generous retirement benefits, and a culture that values expertise, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
