Chief Operating Officer - Senior Living Care Technology

If you are a Chief of Staff, SVP of Operations, or VP of Operations who is ready for the top operations seat... and tired of keeping someone else's machine running while the real company-building happens somewhere else... this is your step up.

We are partnering with a fast-growing care-technology company that has the product work done and ready to scale. Annual recurring revenue has already doubled this year, and they have a distinct competitive advantage.

Now the mandate shifts from building product to building the business, and the COO will build the operating and growth infrastructure that carries it to scale.

The Role: Build the Company Behind the Product

  • Drive Strategic Execution: Turn vision into operating plans, measurable performance indicators, and accountability structures across the business.
  • Own Customer Operations: Set the standard for implementation, onboarding, support, and service delivery... implementation timelines, responsiveness, satisfaction, and product adoption.
  • Run the Business: Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, and partner closely with the CFO on spend, unit economics, and the shift from R&D investment to operations and sales.

Your First 90 Days: Install a growth operating cadence. Stand up customer-operations discipline. Partner on budget reallocation and unit economics. Build the runway for go-to-market expansion.

What It Takes to Lead Here

  • The Background: A SaaS operator first. Hands-on operator. Experience in healthcare technology, senior living technology, or EHR/EMR platforms is a strong plus, not a must.

  • The Mindset: Hungry, sharp, and a doer, not just a director. You are comfortable owning processes, systems, and performance management, and building infrastructure during rapid growth.

  • The Credentials: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, healthcare administration, or a related field required. MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred. Experience in a venture-backed or growth-stage SaaS company, with recurring revenue metrics and customer lifecycle management, is preferred.

Top-Tier Rewards

  • Competitive Compensation: $275,000-$400,000
    • Performance Bonus
    • Equity opportunity

This role is ideal for a rising operations leader who wants to run a company, not just a department... and who wants to do it at the exact moment a proven product turns into a scaled business.
