The Opportunity: Are you a Project Manager tired of being "office-bound" while others make field decisions? A national leader in structural and industrial concrete, has revolutionized the PM role. We are seeking Project Manager for total lifecycle ownership of multimillion-dollar builds across the South.
The Mission: You are the financial engine of the project, owning the "Cradle-to-Grave" process. You don’t just manage a budget; you build it—from 3D takeoffs and bid strategy to daily job-cost analysis and change-order execution. You are the strategic partner to the field, ensuring the "plan" and the "pour" stay in alignment.
The "Business Result" You Will Drive:
- Precision Job Setup: Identify hidden costs and logistical hurdles during pre-con to set the field up for a win.
- Financial Integrity: Analyze daily production data to protect the P&L and capture real-time change orders.
- Technical Authority: Manage submittals and contract reviews for massive structural packages, acting as the primary GC/Owner contact.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- 5+ years PM/Estimating experience specifically within a Self-Perform Concrete
- Expert-level Bluebeam and project management software proficiency (Procore/WinEstimator).
