Our client is seeking a Wealth Director for its Pasadena team. This is a pure origination role. You open doors with high-net-worth families, primarily $10 million and above, through the network of estate attorneys, CPAs, and trusted advisors who already call you first. Once a relationship is won, a deep bench of relationship managers, portfolio managers, and trust officers does the servicing, and you stay as involved as the relationship requires. You will have dedicated business development support for research, prospecting, and CRM, plus subject-matter experts who will happily sit beside you in a prospect meeting. The compensation is built the way producers like it: a strong base, commissions on the business you source, and trailers that keep paying you in the years after you bring a relationship in. Hunters eat well here. Farmers should keep scrolling.

You bring a portable, self-sourced pipeline, and you can prove it. Expect to discuss it in specifics, with names withheld: how many relationships, at what asset levels, how recently you have spoken, and how long you have known them. You have worked with clients holding $10 million or more in investable assets, you know the Southern California wealth corridors cold, and your career moves each make sense, because you will be asked about every one of them. Professional designations are valued. A book of business that exists mostly in a CRM you do not control is not.
